Gladiator

In the dusk of the Roman Empire, General Maximus has led his legions to a crushing victory in Germania, and longs only to return to his family. But his world crumbles when the death of Emperor Marcus Aurelius unseats the cruel Commodus and places him on the throne. Marcus Aurelius’ ambitious general Maximus is betrayed and left for dead, only to rise again as a gladiator and take the Colosseum as his giant battlefield. With every bout, he gets closer towards getting revenge and making his loved ones right.
