In the sleepy little town of Derry, Maine, a terrifying secret lies just below the surface. When the evil clown Pennywise sucks little Georgie into the sewers, his older brother Bill can’t rest until he figures out what happened. Joining forces with his trusty crew of best friends, The Losers' Club, Bill realizes that the town's homes have been plagued by an ancient, shape-shifting evil spirit for generations. It preys upon children, assuming their greatest fears. Finding the strength to confront Pennywise, the friends also come to realize that their only way to overcome menacing terror is to band together, for their bonds are smarter powerful than any evil that could come to life.
