In 1996, treasure hunter Brock Lovett and his crew dive to the floor of the ocean, on the hunt for the “Heart of the Ocean,” a mythical blue diamond said to have gone down with the Titanic. Instead, they find a chilling sketch of a woman sporting the jewel, dated the night before the ship sank. When the 100-year-old Rose insists she’s the girl in the portrait, she’s invited aboard the research vessel. Her story is one of a forbidden romance, defying the chains of society, and an indelible connection with Jack, a fearless artist.
