Irving Victoria
Biography
Irving Victoria is a Mexican-born film composer and orchestrator. After moving to Los Angeles, Irving started his music career as a keyboardist for Grammy Award winning Latin artists like Tommy Torres, David Bisbal, Diego Torres, Chino y Nacho, among others.
Irving attended the Musicians Institute and the UCLA film scoring program, and recently finished a master's degree in Orchestration for Films, Games & Television. Throughout his time studying at UCLA, Irving began writing music for German and Austrian TV shows like Janus, Wilsberg, Tatort and the EMMY award winning movie/mini-series, A Day for a Miracle. He also worked as an instructor for Hollywood Music School the Musicians Institute where he taught music programming, Logic Pro, music production and private lessons.
His additional music credits to date include the TV shows and films Dark Valley, The Best Man Holiday, MythBusters, Day of Reckoning, 2091, Maximilian, Kebab extrascharf and the Spuren des Bösen series, as well as multiple trailer placements like The Amazing Spider man 2 the Game. In 2015 Irving was nominated for "Best Soundtrack" for his original score for the film All Through the House. Recently, he also composed the original score for Austrian thriller film Mein Fleisch und Blut.
