Koharu Inoue

Inoue (イノウエ, born March 10) is a Japanese manga artist born in Saitama Prefecture. Her old pen name is Koharu Inoue (井上小春, Inoue Koharu). She is best known for being the author and artist of "The Duke of Death and His Maid."
