Milton Guirado Theodoro da Silva was a Brazilian entrepreneur and the father of legendary Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna. Born in São Paulo, Milton was a self-made businessman who initially worked in agriculture and later invested in various business ventures. Known for his supportive yet grounded approach to his son's racing career, Milton played a pivotal role in Ayrton’s early development, providing his first kart and encouraging his passion for motorsports. Milton remained a respected figure in the Senna family’s legacy, particularly through his involvement with the Ayrton Senna Institute, established by Ayrton’s sister, Viviane, to promote education and social development in Brazil. He passed away in São Paulo at the age of 94.
